There is no account, and nothing about you is collected to be looked at later. The only information that leaves your device is what the App Store needs in order to sell you the Pro unlock and to tell the app you have it.

Your settings, saved set-ups, the programme you have built, how far through a session you were and how many nights you have run are all written to the app's own storage on the device. They are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes them.
The scene itself is generated on the device as it runs. There are no recordings, no video and no images downloaded while it plays.
Pro is sold by Apple, not by me. When you buy it, Apple handles the payment and the receipt. I never see your name, your email address, your card or any part of it.
To know whether to unlock Pro, the app checks your receipt through RevenueCat, a subscription service used by many apps. RevenueCat is given a random identifier created on your device, along with the record of the purchase itself: which product was bought, when, and whether it is still active. That record is what the app reads at launch to decide whether Pro is on.
That identifier is random and is not connected to your name, your email address or your Apple Account. The purchase record is used for two things and no others: running the app, which means answering the question "has this person paid", and counting subscriptions in aggregate so I know how the app is doing. It is not used to follow you, to build a profile, or for advertising of any kind, and it is never sold or handed to anyone else.
If you never buy anything, nothing is sent at all beyond the app asking the store what the prices are.
The app asks for your location in exactly one case: if you turn on Match the sun, which lines the scene's sunrise and sunset up with the real ones where you are. Your device works the times out from the coordinates then and there. The coordinates are not stored, and they are not sent to me or to anyone else. Leave the setting off and the app never asks.
The optional nightly reminder is a local notification. Your device schedules it and your device shows it. Nothing about it leaves the phone, and no notification service is involved.
If you use Report a problem in the app, it writes an email for you containing your current settings and your device model, and opens it in your mail app. You can read it, edit it and decide whether to send it. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
These pages load nothing from anywhere else. No fonts from a font service, no analytics, no advertising, no embedded videos, no cookies. Your visit is not logged by me, although the company hosting these pages keeps its own ordinary server records.
The app is rated 4+ and is safe for children to use. It collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Because there is nothing held about you, there is nothing to hand over or delete on request. If you want your purchase record removed from RevenueCat, or you have any other question about this policy, write to me at frombelowstudios@gmail.com and I will sort it out.
If a future version of the app changes any of this, I will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released.
